Next I inspected the dump pump and dump pump actuator, and both working properly, with correct rotaion. Then I inspected the Y-strainer on the bottom of the scrubber bottle, which was full of trash, so I cleaned it out, and made sure that the dump pump was moving fluid, then reinstalled it. Once on location we used LOTO for the 480v breaker, and verified that the unit was de-energized, then removed the j-box, then removed all the tape from the lugs, then unbolted the all the copper lugs from the legs, removed all the footbolts, then all the bolts to the doghouse , then with the crane removed the old motor, and installed the new 250 hp weg motor onto the skid. Then we installed all three legs back into the j-box, then with the copper lugs we tied them together, and tightened them down, then wrapped them with cambric, rubber splicing, and also electrical tape onto each leg. Then we buttoned up the j-box, bolted up the doghouse, and the footbolts. Drove to location. Drained pressure to verify that the screw was good. I was able to move it without problems. I went to the distribution panel and found the VRU\u0027s main breaker tripped. turned off the breaker, waited a few minutes, then checked the VFD; it wasn\u0027t internally burned. I opened the motor\u0027s J-box and there were no burnt terminals or loose wires. The ground terminal was loose; I removed the terminal, straightened the small strands of wire, applied electrical tape, and tightened the terminal. I removed the electrical tape from the three motor terminals, removed the six motor wires, and trimmed the wires that needed to be cut to get a better grip on the terminal and avoid having so much bare wire exposed. I tightened the terminals and applied electrical tape. I put the J-box cover back in place. I went to the distribution panel, reset the breaker, and turned on unit and monitored. Replace bypass actuator. I removed the doghouse bolts and separated motor. I found a broken G-14 key, looked in my truck and found a new one, replaced the G-14 key, replaced the 6-14 coupling and spider gear, and joined the coupling on the motor side and the compressor side. I tightened the doghouse bolts and tightened the motor footbolts. I calibrated the relief valve until I got a strong liquid push. I turned on the unit and monitored it; the fan cooler turned on automatically. Downloaded new programs to the HMI and PLC that included the new fan update and dump pump settings. Installed new ECX relay for the dump pump and then verfied motor rotations are correct. Found that the IDEC card for the condensate line pressure and pressures was bad so got them replaced with a new one, then verfied that the condensate line pressure and other pressures are reading correctly. Went to go test dump operations at the lower float switch but found that to also be no good so got it replaced with a new one and verfied that dump operations are now working. Went through rest of operations and then found that the throttle valve had wrong orientation so got it corrected. Verfied that all motor rotations are correct after correcting the VFD parameters and then verfied that the fan motor is ramping up and down at setpoints and on demand.
